To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. Blessed is he that considereth the poor: YHWH will deliver him in time of trouble.

Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

It seems very difficult to show mercy in this world these days. There is a warning attached to every outreach. For every offering of celebration, there is someone offended. For every action there is an almost equal and opposite reaction. G-d wrote the book on how things go and how things will be. He says vengeance is His! But to those that regard the weak, He is deliverance. And mercy will return to those that give it.
